Doc says I can Overlap the two medications and I plan to, but nervous about it. The Prozac is only 10mgs, but the thought of having two medications at once seems a little much. Welbutrin is not handling my anxiety too well and I want to phase out of it. Doc says don’t quit cold turkey, but over three weeks maybe. Thank you.

I was extremely dizzy and lightheaded with also a floating feeling, and dry mouth. Also was having trouble sleeping and wierd dreams. I know I should talk to a doctor but at the moment I dont have insurance cause I just got married. I’ve been taking 20mg of prozac once daily for about 6 months. How long does your body need to physically remove that substance from your system? I realize it is dangerous to stop cold turkey due to risk of seizure and other possible side effects but just from a metabolic perspective, how long does it take your liver to completely remove all of this substance from your system?

I take 20mg Generic Prozac for OCD For the last two months. Today I got a different pharmacutical brand of the generic from a different pharmacy and now I am worried that i will experience different side effects because they are two different companies. Should I be worried?

The child is 11 and has had panic attacks and is fearfull all the time.He has been on prozac for 2 months with much improvement…this is an inherited condition and he has a stable home with no tramitic experiences in his past.I am concerned of the long term with his condition.
Yes…he is under the care of a psycologist and peditrician
It is sometimes hard to know what the right thing to do is,especially when its your child and you are responsable for them.I have him on meds and I guess I just wanted reassureance that the choice I have made is the right one.For the long term…along with coping skills.I have the same dissorder but do not take meds.But I am 37 and he is only a child who is not able to talk himself out of a situation.Thank you for all the input.
