Right now I have a prescription for 10mg which I use once or twice a month. We are going on vacation soon, during which I’d like to be ready anytime for a week straight. I know the 5mg daily pills are for just that reason, but they didn’t have much effect on me when taken occasionally. Will they work better daily? Or am I safe to take my 10mg daily?

We’ll be in a foreign country, where medical care is not top-notch.
