How in the world do you cure this if i tried almost everything. I heard people cure it through health, but what does that mean? any remedies with immediate results? I just played basketball outside and i sweated a whole lot( i know sweat can be one of the causes) and in that short time my spots got bigger, so there has to be a way to have it subside just as fast as it grew on me.
