I’ve tried Otrivin (Xylometazoline hydrochloride) which helps unblocked my nose too, but again….I am not allowed to use it more than 5 days. What about the rest of the 7 months pregnancy I have?? How can I live without nasal spray?? I am so nervous, I breathe on my mouth all the time..
