I have it too and it’s pretty bad right now since it’s winter. Try keeping your skin moist at all times using any moisturizer, I personally use Jergen’s. Don’t take long baths as water is not good for the skin in winter(leaves it dry). Drink lots of water and stay away from sweets. Good Luck!

Try something like Repcillin or Crocodile oil, they are both the same thing. They are natural and made in Africa.

You could use a combination of salicylic acid (2-10%) followed by over the counter hydrocortisone.

Salicylic acid is a common acne medication and has some effect on its own by removing scales and smoothing the skin. It also can enhance the penetration of the hydrocortisone.

Exposure to UV light also helps. Another treatment often used is a bath with sea salts.
