I have had a severe headache now for 2 days. I have tried tylenol, ibuprofen, sinus medicine, cold medicine, and cold compresses. Is there anything else that I could try that might help?

Take 2 Aleve in the morning, and 2 at night. but I would say that if the headache lasts another day, you should see a doctor right away.

Absolutely do not take more than 2 Aleve at a time!

Cut your arm off, takes the pain away from your head!

Maybe try aspirin and dont eat anything or drink anything with sugar in it.

go see a Doctor, it could be an alarm sign for something else, special when does pills you said don’t work . I can write a book about headaches so I know. If it is a strong migraine then you might need a needle. so do yourself a favour and see a Doc.

You may have a migraine. I get them, they stink. And they CAN last for days. You should see a doctor to determine if that’s what you have. Until then, try Exedrin Migraine, lie down in a dark QUIET room. If it’s a migraine, sometimes you just have to ride it out. Good luck. I hope you feel relief soon.

An ice pack! Aleve is good too!
Perhaps, you might consider a steam bath!
Where is your headache? Behind your eyes, your neck, on your forehead? Does light bother you? Do you feel like vomiting?
If it continues, I would seek the help of a physician.
    Hope you feel better soon!

Headon, apply directly to the forehead.
