AJ asked:

I have really sensitive skin, and I have eczema all over my upper arms, and I would like to find a way to get rid of it or at least make it not as bad. Any suggestions of lotions or body washes or anything that would help?

AJ, hello. I suggest that you should try anti-eczema cream and spray from : it is herbal (steroid-free) remedy and it cleared my condition in just under 3 week. I haven’t had a relapse in more than a year now!
    Best,

the best approach to get rid of eczema is to avoid certain triggers like skin allergens and irritants. it is best to keep away from activities that can make you sweat. try to avoid foods that are processed and have preservatives. wear only natural cotton fabrics. avoid scratching the skin for it might contribute secondary skin infections. use an all natural skin care moisturizer to keep the skin moist. use skin care products that are unscented. be sure to keep away from unhealthy habits like smoking and alcohol. have proper diet to fight disease. visit for more tips on how to prevent eczema flares.
