    Yes. They are supposed to be minor, rare, yadayada. Do your own
    research online. Ask a Naturopathic MD about some safe(r) herbal
    substitutes. Mine recommended one called Amores from Health
    Secrets, with no Yohimbe. There are other good ones, some may
    be a waste of money.

    I would not suggest taking self medicating on traditional drugs or medicines. I know they can be dangerous if you have a heart condition for example.

    There are serious side effects:
    chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling;
    irregular heartbeat;
    swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet;
    shortness of breath;
    vision changes;
    feeling light-headed, fainting; or
    penis erection that is painful or lasts 4 hours or longer.
