I have been to three Ear Nose & Throat specialists - the only treatment I have received is Beclomethasone… which I take every day three times per day.

I have strep now (or an EXTREMELY SORE THROAT) for the third time since the beginning of the year… I have has it at least 10 times on the last 3 years…

I am at a loss… I am a singer and this is a CURSE!!!

I should also ad I had my tonsils removed when I was 22 years old (I am now 33)

Recently, every morning, 5-10 minutes after waking up I have started developing headache in one side of the head (either sides). I feel pain behind one of my eyeballs and the headache starts developing from there on. The area around my eyebrow bone feels tense and strained, as do my temple on that side. My blood pressure has been 140-90 for last many years and above average sugar levels (not clear diabetes yet). My age is 30 and jog 5-6 Kms every day. Do have an asthma which is under control with beclomethasone inhaler.
This headache subsides after taking paracitamole, but persists if no medicine is taken.

Can anyone please help in diagnosing this?

stepping up my nebulizer treatment from 2 daily to four daily. but it takes days to work. i don’t think i have an infection but do have bad hayfever

When I have a hard jog I sweat a lot. My white t-shirt is soaked. When I take it out of the linen basket 3 days later to wash it, it is covered in bright pink blotches!
Things that may be relevant:
This doesn’t always happen.
The pink washes out with a bio-soak and a hot wash.
I use non-bio liquitabs and an easy-iron conditioner.
I use a ‘no-white marks’ deodorant.
I take aciclovir for an eye condition; cetirizine for hay fever; salbutamol and beclomethasone for asthma.
I often drink white wine the night before so there is probably alcohol in my sweat.
I often eat spicy foods. The night before the last time, I ate spaghetti bolognese with some added chilli. I use sweeteners and lo-salt.
This has only been happening since I bought a new simple reed linen basket with a full white linen lining. The t-shirt doesn’t touch the basket, or anything red or pin
