Does anyone have any sugestions on how to get a good night sleep when you have Fibromyalgia? I take my Ultram and Aleve before I go to bed. I fall asleep fairly easy but within a few hours I am awake and hurting. I have to get out of bed and move around and then I start all over again with trying to get some sleep. Some night all I get is 1 to 2 hours of sleep and it is taking it’s toll on me.

I had wisdom teeth removal, but now my jaw muscles have locked up. My doc prescribed me meds, but I wasn’t payin attention, and I didn’t know it was a muscle relaxer ’til now.

I had an allergic reaction to Skelaxin, so I am afraid to take Flexeril, but my muscles are hurting and are really tight, so I need to take it as soon as possible.

Does anyone know?

Quick question- I’ve been on Prozac for about 4 months in order to treat mild depression and severe anxiety and have currently been prescribed to take 60 mg daily. In doing this, I don’t feel like myself and often have major mood swings at work. In order to function at my job, I have decreased the amount to 40 mg daily but still feel an abnormal amount of anxiety, therefore, I take 40 mg on weekdays, and 60 mg on the weekends when I have time off. Is this o.k. or dangerous?
